ONE
Our first step was an interior rip out. We cleared out the entire interior of the camper van, so we could have an empty shell to start work on! This is always the most daunting stage to find out how much rust lies underneath.
TWO
Our second step was the pop top roof and windscreen. We thought we would get the two biggest jobs out of the way first so we can easily stand up inside with the new head height! A pop top roof is a must have with VW, you gain so much space!
THREE
Step three was the interior paint, insulation, and panelling. We wanted to get the whole interior painted with rust paint, insulation for warmth and cladded with wooden panels for a cosy Scandinavian feel.
FOUR
Step four was our cabinet building with electrics, plumbing and new dashboard. We installed solar panels on our roof which convert to our inverter to produce our electricity. Our dashboard was an old black colour before we stripped, primed and sprayed it shiny white.

Coffee trailer
As well as our beautiful vans, we decided that we need more space in our coffee area. We spent so much time researching for a small, versatile, compact catering trailer which also has the vintage look... we struggled to find this so Aron built his own!
Fully solar powered, filtered water for both the machine and mini sink. It even has a secret pull out drawer for our daily stock!
*Majority of items and aluminium frame were found in a local scrapyard and reupholstered by us!*
